I have this thing with run down buildings...
My husband and I live in such a pretty part of Texas. The way the sun was hitting this old barn was seriously beautiful. Here is a snip of my '10 min' of photography for 1/27/18.
I have a goal to photograph for myself at least 10min a day. Whether it be stopping on the side of the road to get a snap of something that catches my eye or getting better at approaching a stranger for a quick portrait. Here is my 10 min for today. Technically, I stopped on the side of the road twice, so I got 20 min in today 😜
It's been a minute since I've gotten to have some fun with headshots, so I had a lot of fun with this handsome fellow, Beau Paul. It's always so much fun for me to elicit expression from my subjects and marry those feelings with how the light falls on my subjects face/body.
If you're in need of any updated headshots, give me a call today!
Life is good. Life is great when you're traveling down a country road after a full, fun day off with one of your favorite people and the evening skies are glowing their warm hues as the sun tucks itself under the horizon and the moon starts stirring. The full moon rise was something to be seen last night - I'm glad I had my camera!
My husband and I live out in the country - the land of peace and quiet and no fences. One of our neighbors has some goats that always venture over to our pastures. I call them the goat gang; they all follow one another's lead and always stick together. They are very weary of our dogs (who for the most part ignore them) and will stand there, chewing their cud, watching. They're little voyeurs and they just crack me up.
Anywho. They were in front of our house this morning, and looking particularly cute, I grabbed my camera and got a few good shots of them.
